What Is Your Favourite Room In Your Home And Why?

I don’t have a favourite room. I used to, when I was a kid-
my bedroom, but not so much anymore. However, there
are various things that I like about various rooms in my
house.

So, alphabetically,

Bathroom

I like the bathroom to relax in. I like to relax in the
bath after a good shower. I’d really like a really big
bath and a spa.

Bedroom

I still like my bedroom to read and relax in and such.
I loved my bedroom when I was a kid. I couldn’t never
understand how on American shows how parents would
send their kids up to a room as a punishment.

It’s funny now that I think about it because it really
wasn’t ‘my’ room in that I shared it with my older and
younger brothers until our sister was born when I was
nine years old. My parents did some renovating and

extending and my younger brother and sister had their
own rooms and my elder brother and I shared a room
until he left home. It was a big room that my brother
and I shared. It may even have been big enough to
have been two rooms. But this just might be a case of
remembering something from my childhood as being bigger
than it really was.

Kitchen

And the kitchen is marvelous-painted in the colours of
the x flag (yellow and black). I can see my veggie patch
from my kitchen window.

Lounge Room

I like to relax in my lounge room as well. I like to watch
dvd’s, videos, and tv.I’m going to get a new lounge
suite with armchair and some pictures

Spareroom

Come to think of it, if I forced to choose a favourite room,
this would be it. It is empty. I call it my meditation,
chill-out room. I don’t actually meditate, But I go in there,
lie down on my back on the carpet and think of nothing.
I plan to put a bed in there for family and friends who
wish to stay overnight.

Study

Study (also known as ‘Bat cave’ and the ‘computer room’
because it’s where my computer room resides.) has
my books- in shelves and boxes and knick knacks
and such.

Yeah, you could say that I love my dang whole house-
which I want to Feng shui-ise -I mean it might all be bullshit but at least your house is nice and clean and cozy and airy and that would be great.
