Mr Mascellani's Musings

Today is the first day of my holidays. Two weeks off work. Five days at home. five days in Scarborough, Queenslandwith my brother,Phil his girlfriend Leanne and our father, and then another four days at home. It will be good, relaxing, and fine. I have often found that the holidays where I indulge in a mixture of doing things and not doing nothing things are the ones that I enjoy the most.


Here are some of the things that I intend to do on my holidays in the order that I think of them:


My Vegetable Garden: Which is basically dirt, rocks, and weeds at the moment and needs to be tended.

Read: I am reading Nick Hornby's Fever Pitch at the moment. I will probably read High Fidelity next. I saw the film and liked it.

Movies: I'll probably see a few of them. The next one will probably be Dirty Deeds

Go see the Dean Martin show at The Marconi Club.

My Aquarium: Set it back up with tropical fish again.

Buy a record player and play my old records.

Fix up this and my Live Journal.

And, of course, watch the Bold And The Beautiful.


I don't really have any plans for when I am in Scarborough. Other than to relax and do a bit of sightseeing. Phil and his girlfriend Leanne are going to be tour guides for my father and I. My brother lives about a minute away from the beach.


It should be a good holiday.
